First Things First: Your Privacy

Many of our members are senior leaders who prefer to participate anonymously. Before exploring further, let's set up your privacy preferences:

1. Click on your login email address at the top of the page

2. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu

3. In the "Display Name" field (which defaults to your email address), enter your preferred display name. This is the name that others will see when you post or comment

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find "Profile Privacy"

5. Select "Make Profile Private" if you wish to hide your identity from other users

Note: While you can maintain anonymity from other users, the site owner will always be able to identify members for security purposes.

You can change these settings at any time.
